As far back as I can remember I drew - happy to create pictures from my mind and the objects around me.
After graduation from Hunter College with a major in Art I decided to study law.
My life’s journey has provided much inspiration.
Photography has been a constant in my life. When I was 6 my Godfather gave me a Mickey Mouse camera. I still have it. That gift opened up a world of creativity for me that has lasted my lifetime.
Now I devote the majority of my time to painting. My figurative work focuses on gesture. The abstract paintings and digital drawings are expressions of an inner tumult unleashed in response to an open canvas.
I studied photography at the International Center for Photography, The New School, and The Cooper Union.
I was a studio painting major at Hunter College and presently attend Studio classes at The Art Barge under the guidance of artist Michael Rosch.
Life is good.
